This lovingly furnished holiday home for 5 persons (+1 child up to 10 years) is located in a quiet side street near the city centre of Conil de la Fronteras.
The apartment is in the 1st floor of a town house and has a living room with dining area and a hatch to the well-equipped, bright kitchen in country house style, 2 bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom.
Thanks to the favourable room layout and the central location, this apartment is particularly suitable for family holidays.
The child-friendly accommodation is also equipped with a TV and a washing machine.
Shopping facilities are only 100 m away and also a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés are only 50 m away.
The nearest beach, Playa De Los Bateles, is only a 9-minute walk away and is the perfect destination for the whole family. Parking spaces are available on the street. Not suitable for young groups. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
