Situated amongst the throng of resort shops and restaurants within the picturesque Old Town, this modernized 1-bedroom apartment with private parking space places guests where all the action is; for carefree year-round holidays.
The 2nd floor apartment offers well-presented accommodation ideal for those looking for a restful base in town; with a cosy ambient living space with double sofa bed and flat screen TV complementing a modern kitchen diner for 4, a spacious double bedroom and a modern fitted shower room.
The lovely apartment is situated in a 4-storey townhouse (the apartment entrance is reachable by 37 steps) with the added benefit of storage for guests’ bikes and sports equipment.
A private parking space is provided a short walk away from the holiday home. For larger groups who wish to stay, it is possible to rent another apartment on the 3rd floor of the same residence, subject to availability (ID 4026). Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und die ganze Organisation war großartig. Auch der Parkplatz dabei ist super! Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, es war sehr dunkel in der Wohnung. Die Fenster gehen in einen kleinen Innenhof, nicht schlimm, aber man hat so gut wie kein Tageslicht und dafür sind die Lam...

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral in der Altstadt von Riva del Garda und ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Leider hat diese Wohnung auch viele mankos für so einen stolzen Preis, die Wohnung ist alt und abgewohnt, das Treppenhaus sieht schrecklich aus und erinnert eher an ...
