The beautiful holiday home "Bonavista" enchants guests with its modern but also Mediterranean interior and its great location on the outskirts of Pollença .The 2-storey house consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one of them with queen-size bed), as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them outside) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, a baby cot and a high chair.
The property also has 2 private terraces (one open and one covered) which are equipped with modern garden furniture and a built-in, stone barbecue.
Here you can enjoy relaxing barbecues and the beautiful mountain view, or work on your tan in the solarium.
Within 5 minutes walking (600 m), in the village of Pollença, you will find various restaurants, bars, cafés e, as well as the next supermarket in 170 m (2 minutes walking distance).
The next bigger town Las Palmeras is about 6 km away (9 minutes by car), and if you want to sunbathe on the beach, you will also find Cala Castell 6 km away (9 minutes by car).
The 365 Steps of Calvar are a famous landmark of Pollença andh are only 350 m from the property (a 4-minute walk). Parking is available on the street.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement était super propre et parfaitement conforme aux photos de l’annonce. L’agence avait mis à notre disposition toutes les informations nécessaires pour facilité notre séjour (réglages clim, horaire/jour pour la collecte des déchets, carte interactive listant les stations services, les commerces etc.) Le village est réellement charmant.

The location and authenticity of the house
The cleanness of the patio, lounge and kitchen. The outside patio and terrace were dusty. The washing machine corner dusty. The washing machine and dryer should be properly clean. The sofas in the outside lounge were pissed by neighbors cat. The kitchen ...

Matratzen im zweiten Raum mit Schrankbetten hatten Stock und Schimmelflecken
