The tastefully furnished, child-friendly holiday apartment has a living-dining area with adjoining balcony, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Further equipment includes Wi-Fi, a television, fans and heating.
The highlight is the shared garden with fantastic sea views, that you can also enjoy while cooling down in the large pool.
Parasols, deck chairs and an outdoor shower are also available.
The centre of Conil de la Frontera with numerous shops, restaurants and bars is only 850 m away.
The popular sandy beach, Playa de los Bateles, can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. Pets are allowed.
Heating and air conditioning are available only in the main bedroom and the living room.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
