On the quiet outskirts of Cala Llombards, a protected from mass tourism coastal village, the typical Majorcan Casa Mediterranea, just 1 km from the beach of the same name.
The corner property is adjacent to undeveloped agricultural land and offers an unobstructed view of the surroundings.
The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of which are air conditioned) and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.
Facilities include ao.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair.
In the idyllic outdoor area with covered terrace, portable barbecue and numerous seating and lounging opportunities, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
The small pool offers refreshment at any time.
Another highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace with sea views and fresh breeze that invites you to sunbathe and linger.
A supermarket and a village pub are within walking distance (600 m), numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in Santanyi 5 km away or in Es Llombards 4 km away.
The nearest sandy beach, Cala Llombards, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and the romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro, which is 1.6 km away, in about 20 minutes.
Parking is available on the street.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Since we are here on an island, the responsible use of resources is very important.
Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the stated price as long as there is responsible use.
Excessive consumption may incur additional costs.
IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house.
The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.
Smoking is NOT allowed If any of these rules are not followed, we will be obliged to take immediate action and, if necessary, to evict the guests from the house.

Große Zimmer und sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin, die sich sehr prompt kümmerte. Super nett! Die Dachterasse ist großartig und der Pool auch, wenn es richtig heiß ist.
Es hatte und hat immer wieder kurz geregnet, dadurch sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus. Die Moskitos haben uns fast aufgefressen. Die Schutznetze und Fenster waren wohl nicht ausreichend dicht und es roch leider sehr nach Schimmel.
Wieder einmal alles sehr schön. Großartiger Platz zum Entspannen
