Close to the beautiful coves of Roche, Conil, this newly renovated ground-floor apartment is part of Villa Mayo, a small complex of 5 independent apartments in a peaceful, family-friendly setting.
The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a private furnished terrace with a charcoal barbecue (when wind conditions allow). It accommodates up to 3 guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child), and includes Wi-Fi and TV. Guests have access to the pool and outdoor areas, usually available from May to November.
The nearest beach is 1.7 km away. Important information: Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, and noisy gatherings are not permitted.
Villa Mayo is designed for couples, families, and guests seeking a quiet, respectful atmosphere.
Pets are not allowed, but you may inquire, as exceptions can sometimes be made with prior approval. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
If approved, these options are available for an extra charge.
Staying beyond the check-out time without prior authorization may result in an additional fee. If such a delay prevents or hinders the preparation of the apartment or the arrival of the next guests as planned, the deposit will be withheld as compensation for the inconvenience. Very clean house and lots of thoughtful amenities. This house is also only a couple of miles from downtown so the location was great!

Quizás ya lo comentamos con, Charo.. Debería haber un ventilador o aire acondicionado, para las altas temperaturas
