The charming, rustic farmhouse has a living-room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
There is also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair at your disposal.
In the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue you can enjoy your meals alfresco and relax and unwind.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
The sandy beach in the bay of Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity for a fee. Parties and events are not allowed. The owner lives in the back townhome and will be happy to meet you and will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
