In the east of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz lies the child-friendly Apartamento Arena on the ground floor of a well-kept, new residential building.
The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
Further equipment includes air conditioning and a television.
The balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, has a fantastic view over the surrounding fields and the sea.
A communal pool is also available for all guests.
The centre of Conil de la Frontera with numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars is 1.2 km and 5 minutes by car respectively away.
The nearest sandy beach can also be reached in 5 minutes by car.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
