Situated directly on the beach at the seaside of Torre Lapillo, Villa Telia is a small holiday home that promises relaxing holidays for the whole family.
The cottage has a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds and one double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 8 people.
It also has fans and a television.
In the outdoor area you can start the day with a cup of coffee on the terrace or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue to enjoy them while watching a romantic sunset.
Thanks to the walls surrounding the property, you are always guaranteed utmost privacy.
A supermarket and a selection of restaurants are only 300 m or a 4-minute walk away, while the village's long, sandy beach is right on your doorstep.
For a wider array of shops or for a cultural day trip, visit the town of Lecce - 38 km or a 45-minute drive away.
Parking is available on the property and in the street.
Pets are allowed.

La posizione è splendida e comoda a 2 passi dal mare ma anche i servizi sono vicini. Casa grande e ben disposta.
Gli arredi e le dotazioni della cucina sono da ammodernare così come il bagno.
