Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Cortijo Erendira is a secluded villa,easily accessible via concrete or tarmac roads.
It's less than a 5-minute drive from Competa.
The villa features a large lawn with a playhouse and a pool area that can be closed off for safety. The nearest beach on the Costa del Sol is about 30 minutes away, and there's parking behind a wrought iron gate. The spacious living room includes a dining table for up to 10 people, underfloor heating (available at an extra charge), and a wood-burning stove.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, and oven.
A small gazebo in front of the living room offers a pleasant spot for meals. The main house has three bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a newly designed shower room.One room is upstairs with a double bed, and two downstairs, one with a double bed and another with three single beds, including bunk beds. The pool is one of the largest in the area, with an outdoor brick shower and charcoal grill.
The sheltered pool area ensures privacy and a tranquil retreat. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Pets are allowed for a supplement per night.
An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure.
Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption."

La piscina y que estaba bien equipada
Que te cobren por la luz. Kw a 0,39. Te dan 100 kw a la semana, a la que pongas 2 veces la lavadora, algunas noches el horno para pizzas y el aire acondicionado por las noches te toca pagar 50 euros.

Poolen, god plads, stort køleskab, mange terrasser.
Liggestole og hynder ved poolen var meget slidte. Poolen er dejlig stor, men også meget dyb. Fra 200 cm - 300 cm.
