Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace with sea views, furnished with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area to relax under the Italian sun. 6min Fußweg zum Badestrand. Schöne große Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Grosser Wohnraum. Die Ausstattung wirkte relativ neu.
Küche nur minimal ausgestattet (Töpfe, Pfannen stark abgenutzt , zuwenig Geschirr für 6 Personen)

Very cute and comfortable space, convenient to the beach and downtown Wilmington, and wonderful that I was allowed to bring my two cats. The dock was very relaxing. The driveway is a little hard to find, it is very hidden- especially at night.

This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful, private location. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, kayaking and the view from our upstairs porch.
