The modern and cosy semi-detached house Casa de los Pinos is situated in a quiet area near the Sunwing complex in Puerto Alcudia.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, a baby bed and a highchair.
The private outdoor terrace is partly roofed and attractively furnished.
There is a dining table for up to 6 persons as well as two sun loungers and an outside shower.
In the private garden at the back of the house, there is a lemon tree, the fruits of which can be harvested by the holiday guest.
There is also a private outdoor grill for cooking delicious meals outside.
Thanks to the central location of the holiday home, all the essentials are just a short walk away.
The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away on foot (128 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (595 m).
The house is only 50 m away from the beach, which you can reach directly through a small pine forest.
Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 47-minute drive away (62.1 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
No pets allowed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
There is an extra cost for the electricity according to consumption of 0,35e/kwh to be paid on cash during check out.
