Distributed over two floors, the air-conditioned holiday home with light-flooded rooms and modern architecture has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms as well as a well-equipped kitchen with cooking island.
The high-quality equipment of the child-friendly holiday home also includes Wi-Fi, a satellite TV and a garage.
The breathtaking view from several panorama windows and the idyllic outdoor area with pool, sun loungers, lounge furniture and barbecue area leave nothing to be desired.
Here you can relax and unwind and round-off the day with a glass of wine and good food.
Within 10 minutes’ walk you reach the next beach, which is 850m away, as well as the next restaurant, bars and a supermarket in Es Canutells.
A baby bed is available only on request.
Pool towels are not provided.
Bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under 25 years of age are not accepted.
Visits from external visitors during the stay, as well as any kind of events and parties are prohibited.
The property is located in a quiet area and no loud noises are allowed.

Villa & location was wonderful. Only negative was no emergency contact details regarding doctor/ hospital . Unfortunately these were needed and were not in the welcome pack.

Onze ervaring in de villa was helaas teleurstellend. De accommodatie is duidelijk *niet goed onderhouden*. Veel apparatuur is *verouderd en werkt niet naar behoren*, wat erg jammer is gezien de verwachtingen. De *schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over* – hoekjes, deuren en details waren erg vies en he...
