Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Cortijo Bella Vista impresses guests with its magnificent views over the sea and the mountains of La Axarquía.

The road to the village of Cómpeta (10 minutes away by car) is mostly paved. Cortijo Bella Vista features terraces, including one with a charcoal grill and a gas barbecue.

The garage in the right of the main entrance is closed to guests, as it stores the owners' belongings and an old car. Solar panels heat the water of the beautiful pool.

Around the pool there is enough space to sunbathe and relax.

Please note that the tower behind the pool is a water tank and should not be used as a diving board; the pool is not deep enough for this!. In the living room, there is WIFI, a German satellite TV and ceiling fan.The open kitchen is very well equipped although it does not have an oven (a stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and more. The beds are each 1.80 m wide; one of them is 1.90 m long and the other 2.0 m long. There is a wood stove and a gas central heating system in the house, which can be used on request, upon payment of a weekly fee. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night.

An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet. Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.

Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site..

Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
