Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Casa Miranda features a large pool and is close to Casa Alimea.
Both houses are within walking distance, allowing a group of 10 to enjoy their holidays together while staying in separate homes.
The nearest town, Cómpeta, is a 10-minute drive away, and the Mediterranean beaches are about 35 minutes by car. Casa Miranda boasts a large covered terrace with a view of the pool area.
In front of the house, accessible through a wrought iron gate, is a large charcoal grill and parking space for a rental car. From the covered terrace, you enter a spacious living room with an open kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need, with a washing machine in the bathroom.
The home has three bedrooms: two with beds approximately 1.35m wide and 1.85m long, and a triple bedroom with beds about 0.9m wide and 1.85m long, accommodating up to six adults and one child.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen. The pool area is one level below the house with a large covered terrace.
There is ample space around the pool for sun loungers.
The pool house includes a practical shower and toilet. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.
Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) leads to a cash payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption. - Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night.
An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet.

The house was immaculate, had everything we needed and everything worked perfectly. The pool and pool area also immaculate and the views from the veranda and the pool were fantastic.
