Just minutes from the sea and in a quiet location, the ground level Villa Juana Maria is located outside the town of Manacor in Cala Murada.
The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area with a beautiful, spacious pool landscape.
The modern 200 m² villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, SAT-TV and a DVD player.
The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair. Enjoy relaxing vacations in the property's private outdoor area.
Here you can swim as you please in the almost 50 m² pool, enjoy delicious meals from the in-house grill and tan on the sun loungers by the pool.
Two cozy outdoor dining areas await you on the open and covered terrace.
The property also includes a ping-pong table, a trampoline and an outdoor shower. Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach restaurants, a bar, and a supermarket in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The nearest beach, Cala Domingos, is an 8-minute drive away (5 km). To the airport Palma de Mallorca you need about 45 minutes by car (57,6 km). Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Beach towels are not provided. There is a security box available for late arrivals.

Wir hatten als Familie eine wundervolle Woche in der Finca. Die Kinder konnten sich im Pool, auf dem Trampolin und an der Tischtennisplatte austoben. In der Finca war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter hat immer recht schnell reagiert, hat sich um alles gekümmert und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

We had a great stay, nice walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. The pool and trampoline kept the kids busy.
