205 km north-west of Rovaniemi, L.Äkäsjärvi 30 m (length 15 km, width 2 km), shallow shore, stony bottom, jetty, own boat.
Shore shared with other cottage. Planed log cottage (one half of semi-detached house unit) on 3 floors, built in 1996. Downstairs: sauna, washroom, large lounge, convertible sofa/bed in lounge, terrace.
Middle floor: living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom 1 bed, balcony.
On the sleeping loft (steep stairs) 3 beds. Two fridges. Note! For additional price will be available 60 m² of additional space and 5 beds.
The additional space will cost 25% more (cost is added on top of the normal price). If you want to book this additional space, please make reservation by phone/e-mail.
NOTICE: Not in use October 2023-May 2024. Further information about the additonal space: Downstairs is another living area with an alcove (sliding door) with 2 beds and toilet.
In addition, on the loft there is another section with three beds more.
These facilities are locked, if the customer does not booked them for an extra cost. Note! If you book the additional space and you want to pay for the final cleaning, is the cleaning price for whole area 200 €

Krásný prostorný a plně vybavený dům u jezera. Zapoměli nám nachystat povlečení a ručníky, které měli být v ceně, ale po zavolání, nám vše pán donesl. Takže úplná spokojenost.

Rento, tilava ja mukava paikka ison järven rannalla. Tilaa on suuremmallekin seurueelle, nautimme pienellä porukalla reiluista oleskelutiloista. Sijainti rauhallinen ja yhteys avaintenhaltijaan toimi moitteettomasti. Saunan voisi omistaja uusia, lauteet olivat aika keikkuvat jo, samoin toivomme korj...
